Line Dancing

Tip for the Week
It is the action of our muscles pulling on our bones which keep our bones strong. So, if you don’t use your muscles both muscles and bones will get weaker – and that is pretty scary as we get older! This means exercise isn’t optional, it is essential – so, if you don’t already have an exercise program, have another look at the activities above and our other programs.
