News UpdateExercise Programs

We all know how important it is to stay active. Did you know that there are a number of regular exercise activities run by trained instructors each week in the Club.

The first session of the week, a very gentle exercise program is on Tuesday morning from 10.00-11.00 am. The second, a little more vigorous, “Ever Active” is on Wednesday from 8.30 -9.30 am.

There are two Tai Chi and gentle exercise activities, the first on Wednesday at 7.25 am for 60 minutes and the second on Thursday from 2 to 3.30 pm. Why not come along and try any of these?

Morning tea and Information Sessions

Commencing in April 2013, we will have a series of morning tea and succinct information sessions on topics of particular interest to members. These will be held once a month on a Thursday morning. More information to follow about the topics but they could include: IT, Scamming, Travel Tips, preparing for the next step, wills and care planning.

Do you have any suggestions for topics? Topics can be many and varied but must be pertinent to members.

Car Parking

Thank you to all those who are patrolling the car park as we start the New Year. We are gradually weeding out the non-members.
