The sessions are on the dates/times set out in the table below and will be followed by a hot lunch.
The cost of the lunch is $7.00 or a voucher for a maximum of 25 people, so it is essential that you book specifically for whichever lunch session/s you wish to attend.
Anyone may attend the information component session/s free of charge – however we would still appreciate you letting us know if you plan to attend the session but not the lunch so we know how many chairs to put out.

SOUP DAYS AND SAUSAGE ROLL DAYS
Home-made soup and bread will be available each Monday until September, and home-made sausage rolls on the first Wednesday each month. With soup at $7.00 (or a voucher), sausage rolls at $5 each, and the company of friends, what better way to spend a lunch time!
EYE HEALTH FOR OLDER DRIVERS
Separately from our Lunch and Learn series, Dr. Jerome Ha, a Canberra ophthalmologist, is willing to provide a session on eye health and driving. This is proposed for Saturday morning 25th July and will include morning tea.
Because this is outside normal Club hours, we are seeking expressions of interest from members who would like to attend.
Please let Polly know if you would be interested!

Once Upon a Time…
When Window was just a square hole in a room
Application was something written on a paper
When Keyboard was a piano and Mouse was just a rodent
When File was kept in a personally named cabinet
And Hard Drive was an uncomfortable road trip
When Cut was done with a knife and Paste with glue
When Web was a spider’s home
And Virus was the ‘flu
When Apple and Blackberry were fruits –
That’s when we had lots of time for family and friends.
